Work-Life Balance is a concept that is unlikely to work for entrepreneurs.
Instead, I prefer to call it Work-Life Allocation. This term is better for me because it gives me control and agency.
I get to decide how I’m going to spend my time. I make choices and have tradeoffs, which is how life – and business – actually work.
